International Centre for Business and Politics (CBP) is a large research centre within the Copenhagen Business School. It was created in 2004, and it has a core faculty of 20 permanent researchers and 6 post-docs and PhDs. The research conducted at the International Centre for Business and Politics concerns developments in the relationship between businesses and politics. All our research is comparative and generally it includes Denmark and the European level. Some of the areas of research focus on international political economy, and on the processes of Europeanization and globalisation. The emphasis is on the conditions for participation by national institutions, international organisations and various business types in market development and the consequences of this for the European political institutions and for the interaction between business and politics.
